Orders  take 3-5 working days to process after payment is received, thereafter will be dispatched  to the Courier.

Next day service in major cities
4-5 working days in outer lying areas
A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment to track the parcel .


The payment can be made via ATM deposit or EFT using the reference number that you will get on the email notifications after you have placed your order


Please ensure that you use the correct order number when paying for your order. The order number you will see on the automated email that you get confirming your email.


We allow for exchanges NO refunds. Please note that we  only accept returned goods  if they are in the original condition in which the customer received it. Goods can either be exchanged for same item if available or  something else of equal value if the item is sold out.No items are reserved for returns, Exchange will only take effect  upon recieval of the returned goods.
No sale items can be returned for exchange
Neither can they be used as an exchange for a prior purchase
Goods will only be exchanged in case of non fitting garment ,incorrect item sent ,or any factory fault. No item will be exchanged for any other reason other than those stated.Unless Management approves the reason.Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer will be penalised with a 10% deduction.
Bodysuits and swimwear cannot be returned as they are viewed as intimate wear.



The customer will need to pay both the return courier  fee, as well as the courier fee  for the new item which the customer will be receiving in exchange.

The new item will only be sent  once the old item is received .

No item will be exchanged if it is not received within 7 days .
